Yongyi Valve Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1984. The industrial park covers an area of 96,000 square meters. The company has more than 500 sets of special equipment such as modern intelligent processing centers, (robot) truss manipulators, CNC machine tools, general machine tools, and has a super-large vertical lathe with a maximum processing diameter of 3.5 meters. It has special equipment such as physical and chemical testing of metal materials, mechanical properties and mechanical testing, ultrasonic thickness measurement, non-destructive testing, spectral analysis, metal heat treatment, safety valve full performance test center, spring tension and compression testing, etc. The company is a member unit of the Valve Branch of the China General Machinery Industry Association, a designated production unit of China Chemical Equipment Corporation, and a safety valve production license enterprise issued by the Ministry of Machinery Industry. It has passed ISO9001 international quality system certification, "TS" certification of special equipment manufacturing license of the State Administration of Technical Supervision, American ASME certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification. It is a member of Sinopec Resource Market, a first-level supply network unit of China National Petroleum Corporation, a member of the National Power Grid Network, China Petroleum Energy No. 1 Network, a national torch plan project unit, and a major taxpayer. The company mainly produces more than a dozen varieties of safety valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, gate valves, stop valves and non-standard valves, with more than 2,000 specifications. It can be designed and manufactured according to ANSI, API, DIN, BS, JIS, and GB standards. The main materials of the valves produced include WCB, WC1, WC6, WC9, ZGCr5Mo, ZG15Cr1Mo1V, CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, 12CrMoV, ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti, ZG1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, etc.; the driving forms include manual, worm gear drive, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, electric-hydraulic linkage, etc.; the nominal diameter ranges from DN10 to 3000 and 1/2" to 36"; the working pressure ranges from 0.6 to 42.0Mpa and 150Lb to 2500 Lb; the working temperature ranges from -196℃ to 700℃. The products are widely used in power stations, boilers, petroleum, chemical industry, urban construction, medicine, fertilizer, metallurgy, mining and other industries. Some products have replaced imports and are used in key equipment of national key projects.
